What a bonded model can and cannot promise
Bonded treatment can change the timing and conditions of customs formalities, storage and domestic release. It does not mean that goods are universally “outside China”, that every tax is avoided, or that every product receives an accelerated rebate.

- Define whether the goods are for export, transit, processing, repair or domestic sale.
- Map duty, VAT, origin, licence and inspection consequences.
